Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly polite, the room was spacious and spotless, and they tidied it up three times a day. The hospitality I received was unique, and I’ll definitely return 😊.

I stayed a second time at this hotel. The breakfast remained delicious. The hotel is far from Ubud's center, so you either need to call a Grab or rent a scooter.

The staff were amazing, attentive, and welcoming. The food and restaurant were lovely, and the location was great.

The breakfast was fine, though limited to a cappuccino (included) and one choice dish, which is a questionable strategy. Other hotels pampered us with a focus on the customer rather than the number of items. We won’t return. The stay started poorly: reception was unprofessional (we had to unload our luggage ourselves, and the car couldn’t park because the parking area was occupied by the hotel’s vehicles under construction). The guy was clearly out of place. The disorganization was confirmed when the welcome drink arrived an hour later in our room. The room was noisy from the street and from the restaurant across the street. Fortunately, a very kind and competent girl listened to our complaint and changed our room. In the following days there were many smiles and friendly greetings, but little concrete action to resolve any request.

A gem in central Ubud on the quieter side. We received a free upgrade. The breakfast was à la carte and cooked very well. The staff were super helpful when I fell ill. A doctor arrived quickly and was very effective.
