The staff, especially the female front‑desk attendants in the mornings and evenings, were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English; they brought room supplies promptly. The hotel isn’t far from the city center or tourist spots. The Vietnamese fruit and coffee at breakfast were excellent. The rooms were very small, making movement difficult; the photos didn’t show how cramped they were, there was no window, and street noise came in occasionally. The bed, sheets, and linens had stains and hair from previous guests; the air‑conditioning was weak, took a long time to cool the small room, and sometimes stopped working. There were no water bottles, only a refillable one. There was no phone for quick calls to reception. Cleaning sometimes took hours, especially when I requested it while still in the room. Breakfast was very basic, missing many items, and in recent days jam and butter were absent.
