Everyone was polite and professional; housekeeping staff Julie and Rachel, plus the young lady at the front desk during nights and weekends, were truly nice and professional. Breakfast was always fresh and well stocked. The amazing staff made a difference.

“Convenient to airport and stores”

Breakfast and location were nice with plenty of nearby spots, but the pool was advertised as heated and it wasn’t.

The beds were soft, the location isn’t bad, and the front desk attendants are all cool and down to earth. Switch up the breakfast at least twice a week.

“If I was in a pinch I would go back, but if I could find other places I would!”

I kept the place spotless, though there was a strange odor in the hallways that was the only issue. The breakfast schedule changed on weekends, so I missed it. When I booked online, I never saw that a $100 cash deposit was required; I only found out at the front desk. I had $50 and told them that was all I could give, and the staff seemed almost surprised I wouldn’t bring the full amount. They explained the deposit covered cleaning if someone smoked, but I paid it before they even inspected the room at checkout. At check‑out, nobody was at the desk for over 20 minutes to return my deposit. It felt poorly managed.
