The staff were super nice and everything went smoothly when we decided to check in early – we even got a room upgrade. The basement had space for skis and heated racks for ski boots. Breakfast was simple but perfect for a ski day, with well‑cooked eggs and a cheese‑ham‑salami platter. The only hiccup was that the booking wasn’t shown as cancelled online, so we had to pay again at the front desk – not double‑charged, just an extra payment, and it was handled without fuss.

Warm welcome, easy check‑in, and a great stay with good breakfast. The room was a comfortable size with a clean bathroom, and my four‑legged friend was welcomed without any hassle and seemed happy the whole time.
