“Bonito pero podría mejorar en varios aspectos importantes.”

The house is great, set in a rural and very quiet area. We stayed 7 nights and I think that's too long if you want to see all of eastern Ireland driving back and forth each day. The roads are very narrow and you drive at high speeds. This has nothing to do with the lodging but a tip: if you want to explore eastern Ireland, it’s better to change hotels or apartments. The owner is very attentive. As I mentioned earlier, we stayed 7 nights, the breakfast was not very varied so it became monotonous even though it was exquisite. I think the cleaning could improve; towels and sheets were changed every 3 days or as we experienced, if there was a Sunday in between that would be 4 days, so it seems excessive to wait that long for a clean. The bathroom still had hair from previous guests.

The decor was great, Ann made us feel at home, the breakfast was first‑class, and the place was easy to find. A good stay in the country. I would have to be picky to find anything I didn’t like.

“A really high standard of accommodation with great communal areas both inside and out.”

Everything was well maintained, and the nature walk was a big bonus, especially when traveling with a dog. The breakfast was great and we felt very welcome. The separate living room was perfect for relaxing in the evening.
