I had a horrible time. The building was locked. It took over an hour to get in Lots of problems with faulty access gate. They asked for ID by email expressly against advice I have made full verbal complaint by phone yo and had no response back. I want a refund of £132 from you or them. Listen to my complaint made on Friday 17th by phone
