The hotel's location right on the river was a major draw, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The room was spacious, but the dated decor and substandard condition made it feel like a step back in time. The internet was a nightmare to use, and I spent more time asking the receptionist to reset the modem than I care to admit. To make matters worse, the water had to be heated up for over an hour before it was even warm enough to take a shower.

The hotel's location right over the river Neelum/Jelum was absolutely stunning, and the views were truly fantastic. But what really made our stay special was the staff - they were incredibly attentive and had a professional attitude that made us feel welcome. A huge thank you to Usman, who went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed it. The hotel's proximity to the river and the surrounding landscape made it the perfect base for exploring the area.

To be honest, I wasn't blown away by this hotel. The location was a bit of a letdown, and the room was nothing special. The staff were friendly, but that was about it. The hotel's facilities were pretty basic, and there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, it was an average stay that didn't leave a lasting impression.

We had a great stay at this hotel, but there was one major area for improvement: the food. Everything else was top-notch, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff. But unfortunately, the food was a letdown - it was just not good. With a bit of work on the culinary front, this hotel could be a real winner.
