The breakfast and the staff are the only moderately acceptable parts of this hotel; the rooms, services, facilities, and location are all disappointing. The rooms don’t match the photos posted on booking (they’re small), there are no 4‑star hotel services (no bar, no common area), the elevator for the ski‑lift attendant was broken for the whole stay (over 5 days), the bathroom sink is “tiny” and can’t hold anything, and the hotel is far from the center and the slopes. Overall, a letdown.

I loved the hotel and its location, and the staff were friendly. The view from my room was amazing, and breakfast was very good. The only downside was that there was no place to sit, relax, or chat—only restaurant tables and no sofas or lounge area.
