В крані була гаряча вода, не було зайвих звуків за вікном. 1. Жахливо смердить хлоркою, прокуреними шпалерами, старими простирадлами 2. Дуже гудить допотопний кондиціонер 3. Сильні перешкоди в телевізорі і погана якість зображення 4. Протертий ковролін 5. На сніданок о 9 ранку пусті таці і єдиний аргумент персоналу - ну у нас хоч кава є

What a terrible hotel – I stayed five days, and at that time there were hardly any other options in Kryvyi Rih, especially in that area. The staff were basically two teenagers, one with pierced nose, ears and lip, both painted black, who smoked and drank beer on the hotel’s porch in the evenings; when I tried to photograph them they ran off. On the third day I asked for fresh towels and got no response. You can only have tea in their little restaurant with permission from those staff members and the manager, and they have to turn the kettle on themselves. Taking a plate and cutlery to the room costs 50 UAH. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone. The biggest surprise was when I asked at check‑in if I could pay by card and the girl with the pierced lip looked puzzled and asked what that was. For breakfast they served cheap sausages, undercooked buckwheat and overcooked rice every morning.

The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was good, the place was quiet, and the location was ideal for motorbike parking. Nothing else.

Nothing good. The room was very dirty. It was on the 4th floor, the elevator wouldn’t lift us, so with a three‑month‑old baby we had to climb stairs. The room was hot and smelled like someone had smoked and vomited. We left after about 30 minutes. The staff said it was very busy and we had to wait for the room to be cleaned, but many rooms on the floor were empty with doors open. It was very disappointing, to say the least, and we didn’t get our money back.
