OSW Świnoujście Rybitwa

I liked the hotel’s location near the sea; the room was small, but I knew that before and it was fine for the price. A big plus was that on the day I arrived, while I was already on my way to Świnoujście, I was told my room had been changed. Because of the room change, I was offered free lunches, which were tasty, especially the soups, and I appreciate that kind of guest treatment. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, but I would have liked more hot dishes like sausage, scrambled eggs, omelets, oatmeal, or other hot breakfast options; that was definitely missing.

The location was good, the staff were very friendly, every room had a small fridge and a kettle, the breakfast was plentiful with a Polish touch, my request for an upper floor was granted, currency exchange at the hotel offered a good rate, and the double room could be used singly. The side building was unfortunately very noisy towards the hallway, the fridge in the side‑building room was loud, and it wasn’t possible to borrow a hair dryer because everything was already taken.

The staff tried hard, but the breakfast had no fruit or fruit juices, and it isn’t recommended for Germans; it was the only German‑speaking staff, so there was no German TV program.

“Einfache Ausstattung zu einem fairen Preis”

The free parking and the location were great, but there was no housekeeping or towel change during my stay; I had to go out of my way to get toilet paper and towels. No hair dryer was provided in the room, and even when I asked for one, it wasn't available. The rooms were very noisy, and the TV only offered Polish channels despite having a satellite connection.
