I’m always grateful for the service, so I was satisfied as usual. However, this time the washbasin and bath had noticeably longer hair hanging out, making me question whether the cleaning had been done.

The hotel allowed smoking but the rooms stayed odor‑free, and the staff were excellent. I did feel uneasy when I found a stranger’s hair in the room.
