We enjoyed the activities, but we were shocked to pay £135.00 for wrist bands after already paying for the caravan, a detail that should have been clarified before booking.

The lodge surpassed my expectations: it was very comfortable, spacious, modern, clean, and had a pleasant scent and furnishings; the mattress and bedding were extremely cozy, everything was spotless and organized, and it was even more roomy than I anticipated. The location was less than a 5‑minute walk from the main attractions on site, so I was overall very satisfied and would book the same lodge again. The only suggestion would be to add a fan for the summer season, but that’s just my personal preference.

The place was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t plan to stay longer, and I don’t usually leave a mess, but I was told I could receive a review against me if I didn’t remove the bedding or dispose of the rubbish, which seemed unfair. I made sure to sweep up, turned off all plugs, and only used the boiler for showers, but it still warmed the radiators and the caravan was hot. Also, one of the benches had a broken leg; my son, who is a carpenter, tried to fix it, but it looked like it had been damaged during installation.

The caravan was gorgeous, and the lady was incredibly attentive—she rang right away when I ran into an electrical glitch. The place was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. The only downside was the shower pressure, which was terrible, but that’s a typical water issue and not a fault of the owner.
