The staff were quite unfriendly, even though we had a confirmed booking with a set price; they asked for our card again and charged us €100 more than the booking price. When I complained the next morning, another Latina colleague explained in Spanish that we’d been charged an extra $100 for a deposit. I was shocked to see that Madrid had charged me 495 € plus another $100 fee.

They don’t have safes. If you pay with breakfast included, the staff still charge you. Management should train their team.

The location is great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and diners nearby. It’s a good spot to stay outside the city but still close by. Parking for cars is pricey.
