The rooms were very cozy and beautiful, giving a home‑like feel with practical comforts and no pretensions; the host was extremely kind and super friendly, always ready to help, and there were no flaws that could spoil the stay.

The establishment is well located for exploring the coast and the hinterland, the site is calm and relaxing, parking is easy, and Flavia offers a warm and helpful welcome; however, the folding table chairs are very uncomfortable, making us want to get up and eat standing, and the apartment is missing a chair, so it’s either the torture chair or the bed.

The owner was friendly and helpful, stepping in right away; the property was welcoming and clean, the room was tiny but perfect, we stayed two nights with breakfast included, the location is beautiful in a picturesque little village near Recanati, and we will definitely return.
