I had a terrible experience—nothing positive at all. We never managed to check in, and I have photos that back up why we chose to leave. The place was nothing like what was advertised or shown online, which was a huge let‑down. We had to scramble for another accommodation, but Horizon stepped in, gave us great service, a nice room at a discounted rate, a rooftop pool, and breakfast. The owners were also lovely.

The host was very warm and friendly, and they even turned on the air‑conditioning before we arrived, making the room cool right away.

The bed was wide and comfortable, but the stay was long and many items felt outdated, and there were no curtains.
