The location is great, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was included. You could hear other guests or people walking on the street, but it wasn’t too loud.

The view from the parking lot at the lodge was great, but the room was on the mountain side so it was just a place to sleep.

I always stay at Route Inn, but the breakfast was slower than at other Route Inns. It was disappointing that the view from the open‑air bath was blocked by rain, and I’d like to go back again.

When I checked in, the staff were foreigners who spoke limited Japanese, yet they explained everything politely, and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work! There were no complaints.
