The receptionist, whose name I forgot (sorry), was very attentive and friendly; she handled our luggage issue, offered us and talked about the various activities available there. Excellent service.

I loved the facilities, the proximity, and the personalized service, but I wish I had stayed longer.

The place is really close to the center, the service is good, and it looks nice, but there’s no ventilation, it feels very enclosed, and there’s no soap.

Muy mala experiencia, la habitación olía mal, es super pequeña. De muy mal gusto que el lavamanos se encuentre ubicado frente a la cama. No colocan agua en las habitaciones, tampoco shampoo, las toallas super deterioradas y con olor a humedad. Las fotos de su publicidad muy bonitas pero no corresponden a lo que realmente ofrecen. La reservación de booking mencionaba que se pagaba en el sitio al momento de hospedarse, el personal nos contactó para solicitar anticipo del 50% y aún con ello el día de la reservación nos contactaron a las 20:00 horas para informarnos que sólo tenían recepción hasta as 21:00. El estacionamiento súper pequeño, no cuenta con espacios suficientes para las habitaciones que ofrecen
