Willa Kłodzko-Zacisze - Sauna, Parking, Gym, Salt Room

The stay at Willi Kłodzko Zacisze was truly wonderful ❤️ Beautiful, cozy, peaceful, and with a very friendly atmosphere. I felt really comfortable and rested well. I will definitely come back someday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to relax! 🥰

“War mal was anders, erfüllte aber unseren Zweck total.”

We used it as an affordable overnight option, and it worked out well. The large house is a bit unconventional, but the self‑check‑in kiosk is doable and the language selection is a big plus. The lack of an elevator was an issue; it would have been very helpful for some people in our group. Getting to the house is a bit tricky, but navigation makes it reachable. Managing different codes for entry and each room can be a hassle when you have several rooms.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing negative.

The breakfast was good and the service friendly, but the accommodation was very cold; it only warmed up after two days. There was no wardrobe with hangers, so pants and dresses had to be laid on the sofa. The shower lacked a grab bar, increasing the risk of slipping, and there were too few towel hooks. A bath mat was missing, so we had to stand on the cold floor.

Čistota, bohatá snídaně, chyběl pouze bílý jogurt, velká terasa, solná komora, dobré parkování, klidné prostředí mezi rodinnými domy vyjma hluku z tepelného čerpadla. Hlučné tepelné čerpadlo umístěné pod terasou - ve večerních hodinách silně obtěžující, stísněný prostor koupelny - snad nejmenší, který jsem zažil a nezvykle úzké postele
