The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The futon was left crumpled inside the closet, the front desk closed far too early, and the pricing seemed off.

This hotel had an abundance of amenities, which was a big plus for us. We felt like we had everything we needed right at our fingertips.

On the surface, this hotel seemed compact and efficient, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Without a bed, poor customer service, and tiny baths, it was a disappointing experience. The lack of a humidifier meant our room was dry and uncomfortable, and the outdoor bath was too small to be of any use.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home. We appreciated the free snacks and the onsen facilities, which were spacious and well-maintained. The ability to bring treats into our room and enjoy the aromatherapy service was a lovely touch. One minor issue was the air conditioning, which was a bit too bright at night, and we also found some dust between the bed and wall.

The drink bar at this hotel was a highlight, offering a wide range of options. However, we didn't feel like the onsen had any therapeutic benefits, which was a shame.
