“Worst Experience.”

I had no positives to mention; the experience was the worst hotel I’ve seen in the past 7–8 years. Parking was a nightmare—my car was told to park on an open plot on the next street with no safety signs. Inside, the room was tiny, less than 10 × 10 sq ft, and stank; the bed was so uncomfortable that I got back pain within 15–20 minutes. Dust covered every corner, so I left within the first half‑hour. When I complained, the staff acted arrogantly, insisting this was the best stay in Vijayawada but refusing to accept feedback. I lost money and received no refund, and the other reviews seem fake. I wouldn’t even rate it 1 out of 5.

“Hopeless property”

The mattress was good, but the TV and Wi‑Fi never worked. I complained to the receptionist, who promised a room boy would fix it, but nothing happened. After 13 hours I went back to reception and he finally turned on Wi‑Fi on my phone. I raised the TV issue again; he promised a fix, yet nothing changed. The bedsheet and blanket looked unwashed and stained, and the shampoo and soap dispenser in the bathroom were broken. It felt abandoned.

“Bad hotel, Rude Staff, unprofessional service.”

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist who was terrible at his job. I hope the hotel goes out of business. Avoid this place for both short and long stays.
