It’s simple but well‑located, just two blocks from Gran Via in Callao. There’s a dining area with a microwave, fridge, a beverage vending machine, and an electric kettle. The front desk staff are helpful too.

Three blocks from Gran Via and the shops, the staff were friendly and you could leave your luggage. The downside was nighttime noise from a nearby gay club, Republik.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, the room is tidy and roomy, and there’s an elevator. I did wish there were kitchen utensils available.
