The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also spotless with a lovely shower. Breakfast was really good, with fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the third floor, which was quiet, but it would have been easier for us to have a room on the floor below since we are 79 years old and had to climb stairs. They didn’t know this, but they offered to carry our cases.

The property is beautiful and the owner was very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were superb, especially the breakfast soup. The location is very convenient for exploring the Cairngorms, the east coast, or heading south to Perth or Edinburgh. Nothing to add.

What an absolute gem – we were so pleased to find this place! Everything is top class: cleanliness, decor, attention to detail, food (breakfast), and friendliness. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
