The location is fairly close to UNAN and the metro, the staff is friendly and the room is clean, but it’s definitely not an official UNAM guest house – you have to message the staff on WhatsApp to enter or leave, and the room’s entrance opens directly onto the garage (no view, car in front of the door). It’s small and certainly not a deluxe family room as advertised.

The hosts were very attentive, but the place was a bit hidden and it was hard to find.

The location was good and close to our academic activities at UNAM, with easy access and very friendly staff who treated us well; the only thing that could improve is the internet speed, though overall everything was fine and we managed even with the inflatable mattresses, and the food service was excellent.
