“Relajo”

Victor, the bartender, was super friendly, and the rest of the staff was generally good. The cave tour was not included with the hotel; I paid the same price for a taxi round‑trip instead of joining the tour, had to pick up other people and then drop them off, and we were not picked up from our hotel, although the taxi eventually returned to the hotel to pick up a lady. It was hard to spot the bus, and the whole arrangement was not practical because they asked us to wait at the roundabout near the hotel, where traffic is heavy.

We’re thrilled with our stay; the site is ideal, the range of activities, rooms, and pools are all wonderful, and the staff are very pleasant—especially the kitchen manager Magnus and Julian, who went out of their way to accommodate our gluten‑free options, and we’re very grateful for their great attention. We’ll definitely return!

“Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble et génial si vous avez des enfants”

The location, the hotel in general (pool, activities, staff friendliness) are positives, but the meals are too repetitive and the rooms lack soundproofing.
