The hotel was close to family friends, but when we pulled back the bedding there was hair on the sheet; it was late and we were already ready for bed, so we just lifted the top sheet and slept on that. The next morning I asked the front desk to have someone change the bedding, but when we returned to our room later that evening the sheet still hadn't been changed. A housekeeper was on the floor and, when I asked her, she changed the sheets… I shouldn't have had to ask twice.

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice, but one of the staff members canceled my booking and checked me in without an ID, then tried to charge me again for a one‑day stay even though I had already paid for four days and the one day was already covered.
