The staff are friendly, and the location near the garden and castle is very nice.

The first day's meals were delicious, and the room was spacious and easy to use. However, the second day's sukiyaki was too thick and not tasty; if the staff had asked my preferences, they could have adjusted it or avoided it.

The hotel’s layout feels relaxed, creating a pleasant environment, and the design is excellent. Dinner was thoughtfully prepared, with great taste and presentation, and breakfast was also tasty and enjoyable. The onsen, though, had slightly low water temperature and seemed to have a limited amount of steam.
