We stayed at PARKROYAL on Beach Road for two nights as a stopover and had a lovely experience. The reception team were brilliant — warm, welcoming and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. The restaurant team were also fantastic and very accommodating with our dietary requirements, taking the time to understand our food issues and making us feel comfortable and well looked after. A great hotel for a Singapore stopover, with wonderful staff who really made our short stay enjoyable. ❤️

“Good for short stays, staff was excellent and very friendly”

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of high‑quality items, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. I particularly liked the bathroom products, especially the body moisturizer. The staff were especially accommodating and friendly. We were first assigned a room facing the main road, which proved a bit noisy, but the reception staff kindly let us switch rooms even though the hotel was full due to several wedding events. All staff were friendly, professional, and a credit to Park Royal on Beach Road. The only downside was that we could hear our neighbors from other rooms, so sound insulation was a bit lacking.
