“Excellent séjour”

The all‑inclusive was fantastic and the value for money was excellent; we loved it and I highly recommend it. The only downside was the location, but there are plenty of taxis to get around.

“Fantastic”

The room was wonderful, the staff were willing and very helpful, the rooms and hotel were clean, and the food was plentiful with enough choices. We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back, but it will definitely depend on the price, of course. The only negative point was that the outdoor pools were cold, but it was autumn, so that is to be expected.

“A great family holiday with varied food options and a world-class waterpark.”

We stayed mainly for the water park, which did not disappoint. The football field, arcade, and beach gave the kids plenty to keep busy with, and the food was plentiful and varied each night. The walls are very thin, so we could hear the conversations of our neighbors on both sides, which in a family resort meant a lot of noise. Neighbors were constantly smoking on their balcony, so we had to keep our door shut. Maybe have non‑smoking wings or no smoking on the whole grounds? In a family resort, there should be multiple ping‑pong tables; there was only one, which was only available when the arcade was open. Why not any outside? The minigolf course is cheap and unimaginative and basically unusable.

“Great for family with kids.”

Very good value for the money, polite staff, and a good aquapark. Some places need a little more cleaning.
