Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The Residence Inn offers the comfort of an apartment combined with hotel convenience. Everything is spotless and well-kept, and the staff is always ready to help. This made our extended stay very comfortable. Special thanks to the front desk and Nino, who kept everything running smoothly and made it feel effortless.

The hotel sits on a hill with a stunning view, but the steep climb up and down is quite challenging. Nino, the friendly receptionist, was quick to resolve any issues we had. Unfortunately, the spa lacks a women's changing room, the shower facilities are subpar, and only men can use the sauna. In the pool area there’s no staff to maintain order, so it can feel uncomfortable when everyone is shouting and jumping into the water. The housekeeping left a piece of paper in the bathroom that stayed there for all three days of our stay.

We’ve stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Trabzon multiple times, and it consistently performs well. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff are professional and helpful. Overall, it’s an excellent, reliable choice in Trabzon. The only drawback is the sauna during the low season: it may not be pre‑heated, so you have to ask staff to turn it on and wait about 1.5–2 hours for it to reach the right temperature. It would be better if the sauna were ready during the listed opening hours, but aside from that we really enjoy the hotel and would stay again.

The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, crisp linens, a kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, and a good breakfast. The women’s gym is great, but the men’s is a bit weak. The indoor pool and spa open at 9:30 am, even though the operating hours start at 9:00 am.
