I really liked how comfortable the place was, the room size, the hotel’s cleanliness and the staff’s attention. When I arrived, the pool wasn’t very clean.

I liked the staff’s friendliness; everyone was very kind. The facilities were noisy because of construction, everything felt old for the price, and the buffet was very poor—there was barely enough to eat and then nothing else was available.

Breakfast is fairly basic: some days there’s a small buffet, other days you only get a standard American breakfast on request—eggs, coffee, juice, some bread. What I like most about this hotel is the flexibility and the friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious, and they clean them daily if you ask. They respect your privacy, which I appreciate. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is great, right in the center, not too noisy, and it’s secure—staff are present around the clock and keep an eye on things. The garden and pool give a high‑class impression. The room I stayed in had no hot water; I’m not sure if that’s a hotel‑wide issue, but I do like to take a hot bath sometimes. Peru is warm enough that it’s not too bad, but I’d prefer if they actually had warm water.
