The place was stunning and tranquil, the pool was enjoyable, and the unit had amazing views, though the monkeys were a nuisance.

Breakfast wasn’t offered, and the free WiFi was lacking.

The shower was ridiculously small, making it hard for an adult to even fit in, let alone shower comfortably. And to make matters worse, the kitchen was infested with fruit flies, and the outdoor cleaning supplies were ancient and filthy. It was a real turn-off.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but the communication from the booking platform was abysmal. I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to confirm my booking, which was not only embarrassing but also created a lot of unnecessary anxiety. I'd love to get some explanation for this.
