The hotel’s location was good and we could check in at 11 am, which was convenient. As soon as we entered the lobby, a strong chemical smell made me cough a lot. By the time we returned hours later, it had faded, but the air conditioner was unreliable, staying off and forcing us to restart it multiple times at night and during the day. The luggage storage felt insecure.

We were close to our destination, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the room itself was great.

The room felt cramped, with beds smaller than standard. It was dirty, the standing shower door was leaking, and the drain was slow, causing water to spill outside the shower. The self‑laundry room was also full of unpleasant odors.

The location was convenient, but I could hear a neighbor coughing in the adjacent room, and the walls were just board partitions so when someone bumped their bed, the wall shook.
