The hotel is lovely, right on the beach with easy water access, a rich entertainment program for kids and adults, and a flawless all‑inclusive package featuring several themed restaurants with a wide selection of well‑seasoned dishes; the staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a beautiful sea view with a balcony.

The property and its facilities are great, the food variety and quality are solid, the staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable, the aquapark is good, and the kids loved it.

As an all-inclusive resort, it far exceeded my expectations. It is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've been to with my family and we have done a few over the years. From the beach access to the amazing water parks and the excellent food options, you will really enjoy this resort! The nightly shows cater for kids first and then adults with excellent shows to enjoy. While there was WiFi around the resort and the rooms, some areas in the family suite could use a booster. That said, the 3 bedrooms, 6 sleeper family suite included 2 huge bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area and a lounge in one of the bedrooms. The TV sets are older and not smart but we did not feel it missing anything as there was WiFi and we used our personal devices

Everything about the hotel was lovely and exceptional—staff, welcome, food, facilities, cleanliness, room size, and entertainment programs. Mr Hamada (reception manager) and Latifa were amazing, friendly, and flexible, working hard to accommodate last‑minute changes we had, and they made our stay unique. Thank you, lovely team; I’d definitely recommend it to family and friends and hope to return. The only suggestion is to rearrange the tables during entertainment to better fit more people, separating smokers and non‑smokers for families with kids, but the staff handled it wonderfully.

The reception and the staff showed great respect and hospitality; thanks to Mr Hamada, the reception manager, and Mr Ahmed, the reception staff, for their excellent service, and thanks to the Patros Beach team.
