The spot is excellent, but it’s very noisy – a music school right across the street has students playing daily with the windows open, plus streetworks and traffic. These are the drawbacks of the city centre.

The position and furnishings are nice, but it would have been appreciated to receive a bottle of water in the room.

The location is central and the street is quiet with almost no traffic. Initially we were moved to a room in the opposite building on short notice, with no on‑site contact person. The room was far from a Superior standard, lacking a wardrobe or drawers, and the mattress was awful. After two nights we were able to transfer to the booked accommodation.

The place is convenient, but the steep flight of stairs can be a problem – warn guests or offer assistance to carry luggage. The room is terribly designed, very cramped, with no space to open a suitcase.
