The bathroom toilet overflowed, but the staff fixed it; however, they didn’t clean the floor after the dried excrement remained when I came back, and the TV was also broken.

Nothing was good: the beds were dirty, the shower curtain had mold‑like stains, and the shower water was brown. Everything else was awful—the environment was nasty, the floors filthy, and the shower head was disgusting, with debris clogging the water holes.

The location was great, just a short walk to the stadium, with plenty of places to eat and a safe neighborhood vibe, and the staff were nice. The whole place feels old and needs a lot of renovations, though it looks like they’re working on it.
