The hotel was affordable and clean for the most part, but the Roku on the TV wouldn’t work no matter how many times I unplugged and restarted it. The shower tiles were a little dirty, and extra towels and blankets would have been nice instead of having to wait for staff.

Nothing positive. The lack of amenities.

We booked this for my husband's brother who was in a tough spot, and the staff were extremely gracious, helpful, and kind. We definitely recommend this charming little inn. 🌞🎉

I booked a queen room, but they handed me a double bed instead. Bugs were everywhere on the floor and in the shower, and the strong plug‑in air fresheners triggered an instant headache because I’m sensitive to smells. I didn’t stay at the motel; I left and went to the Super 8 in Clarinda, which was cleaner, smelled better, and bug‑free. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, but the noise from the street was a major issue. I had to wear earplugs to get some sleep. The staff was friendly, but the room was pretty small. Overall, it was a decent stay.
