The location is good, rooms are clean, the pool and sun‑bed areas are lovely, and the gardens are well kept. We booked a bed‑and‑breakfast, and during our 12‑night stay we only had breakfast twice; the food was barely warm and undercooked, and the room’s chiller didn’t work well.

The food was very tasty and the slides were the best. The pool water was too cold for my taste, and there was no French omelette for dinner.

The hotel’s setting is wonderful, the facilities are great, and it’s very entertaining for both kids and adults. The dining room closes at one o’clock, and at that time they start clearing dishes… if there’s a queue during peak hours it’s understood that you’ll enter the dining room late… and then you have to eat in a hurry because they keep taking your food away.

The floor around the pools is very slippery; my daughter slipped twice and I saw people slipping.

What I liked most was the location. Still, parking is very complicated. Breakfast could be a bit more varied and longer. The restaurant space could also be improved.
