I’ve stayed here several times and every visit has been solid; the walk to restaurants, the mall, and the movies is a real perk. The downside? Free parking is almost nonexistent because the lot is packed with storage containers, so I ended up paying for a spot even though I hadn’t planned to.

I checked out at 5 am. The place was spotlessly clean, the toilet seat was low for my taste, but they supplied extra washcloths and the staff were super helpful.

There was a breakfast buffet, but since it wasn’t part of the room rate, we chose to eat off‑property. The hotel itself was nice, the linens were good, and the bed was comfortable. We still had to pay for parking, and breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.

The room was the highlight when I finally got into it; it was clean and had everything I needed. Checking in was a nightmare: I arrived at 5 pm, but the system was down, so I couldn’t check in until 10 pm after a long drive. That ruined my evening plans, and the staff offered nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. As a Hilton Honors member, I was shocked there was no effort to regain my trust.
