It’s close to the city with good public transport; the breakfast hall was too small to seat everyone, it was very messy and the staff’s attitude was poor, they couldn’t restock when almost everything ran out, many guests got irritated by the long wait, and the kitchen needs a serious overhaul by the managers.

We really enjoyed the spacious room, especially the cozy little bench by the window, and the location was great; breakfast was excellent. Everything else was fine.

The housekeeping could have been better; we had to find toilet paper ourselves in the hallway cleaning room. There were "hair" on the floor from the previous guest when we arrived, and the hair stayed until we left the room.

The staff were kind and kept the rooms clean, but the location was not ideal.
