We usually choose this hotel because it feels safe and family‑friendly, but it has a no‑pets policy that was ignored: guests with pets were still in the same room we requested for a no‑pet floor, and the room had pet hair. My kids and I are allergic to dander and hair, and the upstairs neighbors were loud and jumping, making our stay unpleasant. When I raised the issue at the front desk, they dismissed it and blamed me for booking, with only a few staff members showing any understanding; the rest had a careless attitude.
