The hotel's location is definitely one of its strong points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The rooms are another highlight, with plenty of space to move around and a comfortable feel to them. However, the real letdown is the height of the ceiling, which feels a bit low compared to some other hotels I've stayed in. Despite this, the overall experience was still pretty good, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We arrived to find that there was no hot water in our room, and to make matters worse, there was no staff on hand to help us with the problem. To add insult to injury, the breakfast that was supposed to be provided by the hotel was nowhere to be found. It was a chaotic and frustrating experience that left a sour taste in our mouths.
