The pool area was pleasant, yet the shower had no pressure, the bed felt too firm, and the air‑conditioning unit made my husband sick, forcing us to cut our vacation short; the bathroom lighting was awful, the toilet area smelled and was unclean, and there were no hand towels.

The staff were courteous, but the windows were dusty, there was no breakfast buffet, room service took far longer than advertised, and the room lacked mirrors.

Everything was perfect, especially the complimentary massage; the food was great, the hamman excellent, the view lovely, and the environment quiet—nothing could be improved.

The location was great, my hot stone massage was the best ever, the staff were welcoming, the food was good, and the serenity was wonderful; however, the damp wall in room 12 showed bulging and uneven surfaces that need fixing, repainting, and the faint foil smell from the floor drain in the clean toilet leaked into the room.
