Parking was free. The facilities were fairly new, but the installation was very poor. The coffee at breakfast was extremely weak, and on the second day there was a strange odor coming from the cold cuts display. The biggest mess was the operator’s charging scheme for “BETTERSTEUER” in Hamburg, introduced years ago; after reading Hamburg Info, it turns out the operator demands double what Hamburg has set, so it’s not just about money—this is fraud.

Nothing to say. I booked a single room from 09.10 to 12.10.2026. The hotel was advertised as being in a quiet location with top service, but that was not the case. The single room was basically a storage closet and sat directly opposite the reception. Spiders in the corners, various stains on the walls, and mold on the window finished the room. Both tiny windows let in almost no daylight and were leaky. The bathroom was small, the door slammed into the toilet, so you had to step into the shower to use the toilet. The room was not sound‑proof, it was completely noisy. Free Wi‑Fi was not available; the connection was only stable directly behind the door. The staff (none of them German) changed hourly and didn’t observe a quiet hour. Constant noise and loud foreign conversations. After two sleepless nights I ended my stay immediately. The supposed hotel is more of a downgrade and totally overpriced. My vacation was over quickly. Next time I’ll check all the reviews.
