The location was spot on, and even with a window open the area stayed quiet. The transfer bus stop was about 50 m away and the beach was a 5‑minute walk. A grocery store lay 100 m from the property. Everything we needed was available both in the room and around the premises: a small fridge, air‑conditioning, toiletries (including hairspray), a hair dryer, and a wardrobe full of hangers. The capsule coffee machine was pre‑filled, giving each of us one capsule a day. The host was extremely friendly and direct, and the value for money was the best we found. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who isn’t chasing luxury but wants a spot to unwind after a full day of activities. We’ll definitely come back! The only downside was that we only had one pillow, but we still slept through two nights.

The host was very kind and even pointed out a place for dinner and breakfast. We only stayed one night, but it was fine. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work quite well.

The accommodation was very budget‑friendly, yet clean and well‑maintained. Everything matched our expectations. A big plus was Luca – very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. A good choice for those looking for a simple, inexpensive place in the city centre, just a few hundred metres from the bus station. Thanks, Luca! 🤗
