We arrived to a closed arrangement where all rooms were full, so we got no room at the hotel. The staff were very apologetic and told us we had to wait (with a free bar) while they figured something out. The hotel solved it by giving us a room in a sea‑bud wall‑in‑wall with the hotel, and they covered dinner and refunded half the cost of the stay. We had a great weekend with a concert and dancing on Sandsøya. Top service.
