We were greeted warmly, which is the hallmark of a bed‑and‑breakfast where guests swap tips on the best local spots and evenings to enjoy. After a day of sightseeing, the pool was a delight and kept in excellent condition.

The location is wonderful, and the rooms and bathrooms are pleasantly sized. Even at night, the air stays pleasantly cool despite the heat. The house has a lot of charm, but it’s an older property and can be quite noisy; you can hear other guests in their rooms, especially the extremely creaky wooden floor makes it hard to go to the bathroom at night without waking anyone.

The place is quiet, the owner is kind and helpful, the heated pool is great, and the breakfast is very good.
