I only liked the rooms that matched what we booked, but I want to share that when we asked for a plate and knife so we could cut the fruit we brought, they refused and one staff said we might bring it home, which was a very bad experience. Then we asked for water, and as guests we know we would pay if we ordered, so I called twice and a staff replied that we need to pay if we order, and we would pay, but it took 2 hours to get the water. There was no toothbrush, no body soap, no slippers. When I went to the swimming pool, I was shocked: one staff took the towel quickly and said his duty was finished, and the pool was only open until 7 pm, which was a very bad experience.
