Everything was perfect, especially the staff, and there was nothing to complain about.

Staff were available at midnight to help me switch rooms. The new room was clean and spacious; if the original room had been fine, I’d have given it 8/10. The initial room was infested with insects and ants, with bugs crawling on me around 11:30 pm. I went to reception and they swapped rooms right away—luckily another room was free. I’m unsure if they knew about the problem beforehand.
