We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. Exceptional cleanliness! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere — beyond our expectations. No disturbances at all, and all necessary amenities were provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady owner, who arranged everything we needed without delay. Breakfast was arranged on request, and it was delicious, with a well-prepared English breakfast. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

The location is lovely, with a private entrance, a comfy bed, good AC and a kitchenette, and the hosts were very warm and helpful. A few ants appeared because of the spot and there was some mold in the bathroom, but nothing major.

The hosts were very warm, and the spot is great for getting to Karapitiya Hospital (the students were there). Laundry service, breakfast and dinner were available and tasty.
