I was told there was a lift, but it was broken so I had to climb the stairs to reach my room; the bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept and left early, the fridge made a horrible noise all night, the water had to be heated downstairs so I had to wait, and the kettle was filthy and smelled of stagnant water at the bottom.
